Features

Homogenous and fast digestion of samples.
Custom-built high-density cartridge heater made of stainless steel.
Special aluminum block that ensures homogenous heating throughout.
Optimum clearance between digestion tubes and walls of the wells.
Sufficient layers of ceramic fiber bound with asbestos sheet used for insulation of the block.
Precise digital PID temperature controller with auto-tuning facility.
Auto-tuner optimizes the value of PID parameters to maintain precise temperature accuracy.
Timer can be provided as option. Timer ensures automatic cutoff of unit after programmed digestion time is complete.
The digestion tubes made of Borosilicate glass are provided with ball joint in case of water- cooled condenser and ground joint in case of air- cooled condenser.
Highly efficient condensers to facilitate good reflux.
Simultaneous handling of 12, 24, 48 samples in 100 ml tubes and 6 ,12, 24 samples in 250 ml tubes for both air- cooled and water cooled reflux systems (as per ordering information).
Specially designed stainless steel digestion tube holder with SS tube holder stand.
Heat deflector plate made of SS304 grade with 1.2 mm thickness.
Can also be used for Digestion procedures in kjeldahl and trace metal analysis with suitable accessories.
Body Panel made of Mild steel (1.6 thk ) Powder coated with SS top cover.
