Homogenous and fast digestion of samples.
Custom-built high-density cartridge heater made of stainless steel.
Special aluminum block that ensures homogenous heating throughout.
Optimum clearance between digestion tubes and walls of the wells.
Sufficient layers of ceramic fiber bound with asbestos sheet used for insulation of the block.
Precise built – in digital PID temperature controller with auto-tuning facility.
Auto-tuner optimizes the value of PID parameters to maintain precise temperature accuracy.
Timer can be provided as option. Timer ensures automatic cutoff of unit after programmed digestion time is complete.
Digestion Tubes made of Borosilicate glass.
Specially designed leak proof exhaust manifold assembly made of Borosilicate glass with manifold rack. Provided along with chemical & heat resistant Teflon covers for the digestion tubes.
Specially designed stainless steel digestion tube holder with SS tube holder stand.
Specially designed vapor aspirator pump made of borosilicate glass with Teflon drain valve, supplied with stand.
Vapor aspirator tubes made of EPDM monomer.
Heat deflector plate made of SS304 grade with 1.2 mm thickness.
Available with acid fume neutralizer SCRUBBER ES 50 as an optional accessory.
Body Panel made of Mild steel (1.6 thk ) Powder coated with SS top cover.
